About Me:
Anoushka is a driven professional with a Master’s in Counselling and Post-Graduation Diploma in Counselling Psychology. She believes in fostering a safe and inclusive environment for all her clients. She works from an integrative approach and recognise and celebrate her client’s unique strengths. Her practice is drawn from a strength-based, trauma-informed, client-centered, and evidence-based approach. She has a background in psychology and has worked with adults, adolescents and children for the past 5 years. Her multicultural and multilingual background allows her to provide holistic and client-centric care to all her clients.
Anoushka has a strong sense of justice and when she is not working, she could be found either reading or in protest rallies fighting for causes she believes in. She believes in not just working with the client but also changing the bigger systems at power.
